Who is responsible
Marco Mura, freelance software developer based in Italy (partita IVA), is the data controller for this website.
What this site collects
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address and your message. The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, trackers or third-party scripts.
Why, and on what basis
To reply to you and, if you ask for it, to prepare a quote. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Who handles it
Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site and delivers the form message to my inbox. I receive it in a Google (Gmail) mailbox. Both may process data outside the EU under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. Nothing is sold or shared for marketing.
How long
I keep messages for up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless they become part of a contract, in which case legal retention periods apply.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, by writing through the contact form. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it).
Server logs
Cloudflare may process technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. The contact form uses your IP address only to limit how many messages can be sent in a short time; it is not stored.
